Steve Jobs' 2005 Stanford Commencement Address

After watching this video, I find that it is a very motivational speech. It reminds us that everything is possible. The way in which he never gave up after being sacked from the company he started was very inspiring, as he never gave up on what he loved, and went on to be even better, even re-entering the company several years down the line. Even though he sees things positively, the thinking that he subscribed to (Live everyday as it is your last) is a pessimistic point of view. He did not even let something as major as pancreatic cancer stop him from living a happy life, up till his death recently. His decisions in every point of life looks like he has a vision for the future, even little things such as taking a calligraphy course allowed it to be used in creating the fonts in Apple that has been utilized by Microsoft in Microsoft Word. By choosing not to give up after leaving Apple, he made a choice in continuing in his chosen field, where many people would have just given up.
